Rainbow flags on Campus LTH May 17

May 17 is the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOT). Traditionally, the rainbow flag is raised on the University's flagpoles on this day.

At LTH, we pay attention to IDAHOT by flying the rainbow flag on the flagpole at Kårhuset, the E-building, the V-building, Matematikhuset and Kemicentrum.

"Equality, equal opportunities and diversity should be a natural part of making our faculty an inspiring workplace and study environment, where everyone feels included, safe and treats each other with respect. Flying the rainbow flag on this day is a way of highlighting this," says LTH Dean Annika Olsson.
