On-campus stress management course for international students

The Student Health Centre offers a stress course every semester where a small group of students meet three times to learn more about what stress is and how to handle it. You will also get a chance to learn more about yourself, what’s important to you and how to make the changes you need in order to succeed in your studies.

The course is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) techniques and mindfulness.

Please note: If you sign up, you are expected to attend all three sessions.

The number of seats is limited, so if you are interested in participating and have any questions, please contact the Student Health Centre as soon as possible.
