X-courses are short interdisciplinary courses aimed at students who have already started their studies.
The university wide initiative intends to highlight the University’s breadth and inspire students to take extra courses in highly topical subjects.

Do you want to try something new outside your main field of study or further deepen your knowledge? Lund University’s new x-courses are short, flexible, credit-earning courses that you can study in parallel with your programme.

• As a student at LU in spring 2025, you have priority for places in autumn 2025.
• Short, flexible courses in a number of different areas.
• Can be studied on campus, online or in a hybrid format.
• Perfect for exploring new subjects and broadening your education.
